Add yeast and sugar to the flour.

Yogurt 180 ml.

Pour the yogurt into the flour.

Mix into dough and soak for 1 hour.

Knead the finished dough evenly.

Cut into evenly divided doses and press flat.

Roll it into thin skin.

Brush with peanut oil.

Fold in half before brushing with oil.

Fold the sides downward.

Put in a steamer and bring to the boil over high heat for 20 minutes. Simmer for 3 minutes and remove from the pan, dry slightly and plate.
