Steps for stir-fried bacon with artemisia quinoa

Remove the older parts of Artemisia quinoa leaves and roots, wash and pick them into 5cm sections.

Wash the leeks, cut them into sections and mix with Artemisia quinoa.

Shred bacon and cut dry peppers.

Boil the oil in the pot to 50% heat, then stir-fry the bacon for a while to boil out the oil in the bacon.
