Tiger skin cake roll
The tiger skin of this cake roll is based on ranitahe's recipe, but my baking plate is bigger and the ingredients have doubled. It's enjoyable to eat! It's not that I'm boasting, but this cake roll is definitely better than what is sold outside. The ingredients are sufficient!

    1. It is best to make tiger skins on a baking sheet slightly larger than the cake baking sheet, so that the tiger skins can wrap the cake. The two baking sheets in my house are about the same size, so the tiger skins you make cannot wrap the cake completely. 2. Be sure to put it on plastic wrap when rolling, so that the tiger skin will not stick.
