I think it's good to eat some meat when the weather is cold. I haven't eaten braised pork for a long time. My husband wanted to eat yuba, so he decided to stir-fry together. The taste was not bad.

Steps for braised pork and tofu bamboo

Cut the meat into small pieces. Soak the tofu bamboo with water in advance and cut into small pieces, cut green and red peppers into small pieces, and shredded onions, ginger and garlic.
