Ingredients: bread flour-100g, yeast-5g salt-1/2tsp, sugar-20g water-80g butter-20g, sausage-4 cheese slices-2 sesame slices-appropriate amount.

Mix and knead all ingredients except cream, then add cream and continue kneading until expansion.

After the fermentation is over, remove the dough and knead it again to exhaust the air. Divide into 4 portions, round, and let stand at room temperature to relax for 15 minutes.

After relaxing, take a small dough and roll it into an oval shape with a rolling pin.
