Ultra-thin bread

This is my own mess. I don't know what style to make, so I just follow my imagination!
Recipe Recommendations
- bread flour 250g
- water 160g
- yeast 7g
- cream 50g
- cheese slices 2 tablets
- meat floss appropriate amount
- salt 10g
- sugar 40g
- milk powder 10g
- salty and fresh

Steps for Ultra-thin bread

Ingredients: bread flour-250g yeast-7g salt-1tsp sugar-40g milk powder-10g water-160g cream-50g.

Cheese slices-2 slices of meat floss, mayonnaise and Thousand Island sauce-moderate.

Mix all ingredients except cream and knead until well.

Add the cream and continue kneading until the expansion stage.

Fermentation to about twice as large, about 50 minutes. Remove the dough and vent.

Roll out the dough flat and shape it. (I don't make it beautiful)

Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the dough.

Add appropriate amount of meat floss.

Shred cheese slices and place on them.

Add appropriate amount of Thousand Island sauce. The material that has been repeated is over.

Place shredded cheese on the top layer and arrange it on top. Sprinkle with appropriate amount of sesame seeds, chili sauce and ketchup. (Forgot to take photos)

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 15 minutes or until the surface is golden brown. (Personal oven temperatures vary, pay attention to adjusting the temperature and time)
