Sino-French BBQ
500 grams of father-in-law were mixed with thyme, olive oil, and black pepper and grilled in French way.
I baked the heavy color ones.

Steps for Sino-French BBQ

    Mix with cooking wine (whisky that doesn't use cooking wine at home), soy sauce, shredded ginger, and shredded green onion, and simmer for ten minutes.

    Pass it with an iron stick, place it on an oven or iron stand and roast over heat. (I chose the latter)

    During this period, I roasted it with some cumin powder. Let it be cooked.
