Steps for Stir fried lotus root

Cut lotus root into small dices, place it in hot water and blanch it, remove it and cool it for later use.

Dice carrots, lettuce, and green peppers respectively, and blanch them in hot water.

Cut the garlic into minced garlic and dice the pork.

Heat the wok, add the diced pork and stir fry after the oil is heated.
