Steps for Cheese ice cream

Prepare the required materials;

Separate the egg yolk and egg white and put them into bowls respectively for use;

Add the remaining half of the fine sugar to a small amount of water, and cook over medium heat until the syrup reaches 115 degrees;

Pour 300 grams of Nestle whipped cream into a plate and beat it at high speed with an electric egg beater;

Pour the cheese egg yolk paste into the beaten Nestle cream and stir well;

Continue to add meringue in portions;

Gently stir evenly to form cheese ice cream paste;

Pour the cheese ice cream paste into a crisper disinfected with hot water and smooth;
