Steps for Healthy sesame paste

Wash and drain the sesame seeds, stir-fry them in a dry pot over low heat; then pour them into a blender and beat them until they are made into powder. I don't beat them delicately enough ~~ I won't put them out.

Use boiling water to soak the paste. Personally, I think that boiling water should be added slowly and stirred while adding, otherwise there will be small balls ~~ After the sesame paste is mixed, add some honey in it, and then stir well before you can eat it.
