Steps for Leaf Cappuccino

Prepare a cup (I use a standard milk vat cup) and pour 1/3 of the milk into it.

Place the cup on the steam outlet of the coffee maker and let the steam and air foam in the milk. The volume of the milk foam is twice as large as the original.

Prepare a cup of espresso. Pour the brewed milk into a coffee cup at a small flow rate.

Slowly increase the flow of milk foam and shake it left and right in the coffee cup.

Until beautiful lines appear in the coffee cup.

Slowly reduce the intensity of shaking until it reaches a straight cup, and finally pull it forward to form leaves.
