Strawberry cake roll
The warm spring season is very suitable for a family and friends to travel together. Making a cake is something that children and adults like, and it also has a lot of face in front of friends. The cake roll is simple and delicious, and the baking time is short. It is one of my favorite snacks. Now, children can't even eat cakes bought outside. I insist that I make it for them. Today, I took this cake roll to my friends. They all said it was delicious.

Steps for Strawberry cake roll

Add the egg yolks in the oil, milk, and sugar and stir until the oil and water are mixed.

Sieve in the flour and mix until free of particles.

Put the egg whites in a clean water-free and oil-free container, add sugar and vinegar and beat until stiff and frothy.

Add 1/3 of the egg white paste and egg yolk paste and mix well.

Pour into the remaining 2/3 of the protein paste and stir well.

Pour it into a baking sheet covered with oil paper, smooth it out, and shake lightly a few times to create large bubbles. (My baking sheet is 37cm*28cm.)

Place it in a preheated 350F/180C oven and bake for 15 minutes, remove the upside down and place it on a baking wire and let cool.

When baking the cake, beat the whipped cream with sugar until hard and place in the refrigerator for later use.

Wash the strawberries and set aside.

Buckle the cake on the oil paper.

Spread with whipped cream and place strawberries on one end. (See the picture.)

Roll the cake, wrap it in oil paper, and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to set.
