Steps for fish-flavored eggplant

Wash the eggplant and cut it into strips for later use

Dip the eggplant strips in the starch paste and fry them in the oil pan until golden brown

Add oil into the pan, add onion, ginger, minced garlic and Pi County bean paste and stir-fry to produce red oil, then add a small amount of water, sugar, soy sauce, and salt.

Add in the eggplant strips and stir fry, fully wrap in the soup
5
Add MSG and remove from the pan
