Pomelo contains SOC activity and insulin components, which enrich the blood and strengthen the spleen and delay aging.

Steps for Citron tea

Remove the outer skin of Huyou. In order to make the fruits colorful, most unscrupulous sellers will soak them in antiseptic medicine water. Therefore, it is best to peel the skin.2
Peel off the white skin between the skin and the meat, tear it into small pieces, and set aside for later use.3
The transparent skin on the outside of the pomelo meat is peeled off, and retention will affect the taste.4
Put the pomelo meat in the pan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, add the rock sugar, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, and add the white skin. Stay up for another half hour. Turn off the heat when the juice becomes thick.5
