Steps for Black and white fungus egg syrup

Soak hair with snow ears and fungus. Wash the red dates and wolfberries. Cook the eggs, bring them to a boil, turn off the heat, and then cover them so that the eggs will be tender.

Chop the black fungus into pieces.

Put the shredded black fungus into the pan, as well as shredded snow ears, red dates, and wolfberry, and add appropriate amount of water. After boiling on high heat, turn to medium to medium heat and simmer for half an hour.

Then add rock sugar and simmer until saccharified.

Add two more eggs in and simmer for one minute.
