While shopping at the market, I was worried about what to eat when I heard someone next to me saying: Asparagus is delicious and cancer-proof! I never knew what this thing was called before, and I didn't know how to eat it. I saw it on Food Network two days ago and was still thinking about buying it that day and giving it a try. Action is not as good as action. Buy it and try it. This is the first time I bought asparagus and cooked it. The taste is okay, clear and refreshing!
