If you don't have rose sugar, just use honey or white sugar instead. In addition, without rose sugar, adding a little sweet-scented osmanthus will give you a unique taste. It's best to use full-fat milk to taste smoother. I just took a box because I was too lazy to go out and buy it.

There are several reasons for choosing Dianhong. Dianhong is used as Gongfu black tea. The soup produced by it is red and bright, has high aroma (with flowers and fruits fragrance), and has a strong taste. Compared with Yixing black tea and Qimen black tea, I personally think Dianhong is more suitable for making milk tea. As for why we use Level 2 Yunnan red... There are only two reasons. One is that it is cheap. The second is that Level 2 Yunnan red is used as Gongfu black tea. It is not very resistant to foaming, but making milk tea is a quite good choice.

Put the tea leaves into the pot first.

Inject boiling water...(Note here that the first step is to pour a small amount of boiling water and then dump it away. This step is called "washing tea". Washing tea removes impurities on the surface of the loose tea and can induce tea aroma and tea flavor.) After washing the tea, inject about 600ML of boiling water.

Pour in the milk and remind again: Students who pay attention to taste, please try to use whole milk as much as possible.

Boil over low heat to fully blend the milk and tea.

When drinking, pour it into the cup and add a spoonful of rose sugar... By the way, I want to show off my bear cup... Hahaha and the flower cake in the back. It's a perfect match for milk tea.
