Electric rice cooker makes cakes
By SydneyBode
I usually use an electric oven to make cakes. This time I tried using an electric rice cooker to make cakes. The first time I made it, I was not sure, and I was afraid that it would not be cooked or the bottom of the pot would be burnt. When I looked good, I felt good. Both color and softness are very good, and the taste is sweet and pure, not worse than that baked in the oven. This cake is for people who don't have an oven. As long as there is an electric rice cooker.
