golden bird's nest
By MerlWalsh
On March 9, I returned to the countryside to attend my cousin's wedding. I ate too many peanuts and suffered from the cold wind in the mountains. When I returned home, I had a little coughing. Thinking of some bird's nests bought in Indonesia at home, I made my own rock sugar bird's nest for the first time. I stopped coughing after eating this. It's really amazing. This is an unprocessed bird's nest, so there are many bird feathers in the middle.

1. The time for soaking bird's nest varies according to the temperature. It takes 4-5 hours in winter and only 2 hours in summer. If it is a clean processed bird's nest, the soaking time will be shorter, as long as half the time is enough. 2. After stewing for 1 hour, before the rock sugar was put in, the bird's nest expanded very well and there was no water in the bowl. After adding the rock sugar, the water flowed out again, and the bird's nest seemed to shrink a little. The next time I stew bird's nest, I will not put in rock sugar and add it when I eat it.
