There are too many ways to cook cabbage. I think it's really fast. I choose the time required is about ten minutes. In fact, it won't be that long at all. Five minutes is enough.

Steps for cabbage with red oil

Material diagram: Wash the cabbage, peel the carrot, and soak the fungus in warm water.

Shred cabbage, carrot, and fungus respectively, and chop green onions and garlic.

Put water in the pan, bring to a boil, blanch the fungus for 2 minutes, remove it, and rinse with purified water to cool and drain.

Stir together red oil, onions, garlic, salt, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Put cabbage, carrot, and fungus into the bowl.
