Steps for lemon papaya sauce

Remove the outer skin of the lemon and cut it into fine dices. (Don't use white membrane)

Peel the papaya, dig the seeds, and cut the pulp into small dices.

Pour papaya pulp, lemon peel, white sugar, and rock sugar into the pan and mix, and let stand for 30 minutes.

After half an hour, the mixed pulp will come out of water, and then add appropriate amount of water to level with the pulp.

Turn on high heat and cook while stirring to prevent the pan from getting burnt. Bring to a boil.

Turn to low heat and squeeze in half of the lemon juice water, continue to cook for 5 minutes, cool and place in the refrigerator.
