Sweet and sour cabbage
This was the dish I newly thought of yesterday. After that, I thought about it and I should blanch the onions in the water. In this way, you can marinate it with sweet and sour cabbage, and then shape it and set it on a plate. This way, the onions can be eaten sweet and sour.

Steps for Sweet and sour cabbage

Clean and chop cabbage.

Blanch the chopped cabbage and peeled green beans in salted boiling water.

Blanch and squeeze dry cabbage, add sweet and sour, stir well (sweet and sour ratio is 2:1), cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 15 minutes.

Soak onions in water for 5 minutes.

Cut the onions twice in a cross shape.
