Pour milk into the basin.

Pour in walnut oil and mix with milk.

Beat the egg white and add a few drops of white vinegar and a little salt to the egg white. (The capacity for making egg whites must be clean, without oil or water, otherwise the egg whites will not be easy to wash)

Add white sugar in three times and beat egg whites until dry and foam.

Pour one-third of the egg white into the egg yolk paste and stir.

Add all in three times and mix well.

Pour into the cake mold and shake out the bubbles.

Place in the oven at 160 degrees for 60 minutes.
