Steps for Chicken with mushroom in oyster sauce

Chop the two chicken legs into large pieces, marinate with cooking wine and salt for one hour, wash the dried mushrooms and soak them, chop the green onions, slice the ginger, and cut the dried red peppers into small pieces with scissors.

Soak diced potatoes in water.

Blanch the chicken leg meat in water.

Saute chives, ginger and dried red peppers in a frying pan.

Add the chicken legs and stir fry, and pour a spoonful of soy sauce.

Pour a spoonful of oyster sauce.

Add the mushrooms and stir fry until the soup is dry.

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for 15 minutes.
