Steps for Dried spicy chicken with plum sauce

Ingredients: chicken slices, samui sauce, ginger, onion, garlic, dried peppers, pepper.

Heat the pan, add oil and heat, and saute the garlic, spring onion, and pepper until fragrant.

Add dried peppers and shredded ginger, and stir-fry until spicy.

Pour in the marinated chicken slices and stir-fry. Stir fry on high heat for 2 minutes. (Marinating ingredients for chicken slices: oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, starch and chicken essence powder)
