Wash the outer skin of the orange, knead it repeatedly on the table (I even beat it myself). After feeling the outer skin is soft, use a knife (it's better to use a sharper one to prevent the orange juice from flowing out) to cut it in a quarter of the orange, cut open and carefully peel out the orange meat. This step tests patience.2
Put the orange meat into a blender to make orange juice, pour it into a bowl, add egg liquid and white sugar. Basil was originally needed, but I didn't buy it today: (Re-load the mixed egg liquid into a complete orange peel bowl, place it in the pan, cover it and steam for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, take out, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and wolfberry, and steam for another 2 minutes. Finished ~ ready to eat ~~:)
