Steps for assorted sushi

Put water in the pan and put the shrimps in and cook them.

Remove the skin and black tendons from the cooked shrimp, and leave the shrimp for later use.

Cut cucumbers and carrots into strips and soak in salt water for a while.

Beat 2 eggs into a container and mix well. Put a small amount of oil in the pan, pour in the egg liquid and turn the pan, spreading evenly into a cake shape.

Cut the spread egg cake into strips.

Cut the ham into strips and set aside.

Pour 2 tablespoons white vinegar, 1 tablespoon white sugar, and 1/2 tablespoon salt into a container and stir well to make sushi vinegar.

Pour the sushi vinegar into the cooled rice and gently mix well.

I started rolling sushi next. It was my first time making it, and I was a little unskilled. Spread seaweed on the sushi curtain.

Spread the rice mixed with sushi vinegar on top of the seaweed.

Spread the previously prepared cucumber strips, carrot strips, egg strips, ham strips and shrimp on the rice.

Roll up from one side of the sushi curtain and roll it into a long strip.

Dip the knife with water, cut it into pieces, and plate.
