It has been a long, long time since I had my favorite curry rice cooked by my husband himself. That day, we decided to take Yue Yue to the park after dinner in the afternoon. Since Yue's father didn't have time to accompany us, we punished him to make us a delicious curry rice.

Steps for curry rice

All materials are ready.

Cut the pork into dice.

Cut potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, and onions into diced cubes, and shredded green peppers.

First stir-fry the diced pork until semi-cooked.

Pour all the diced vegetables into the pan and stir fry with the diced pork.

Add salt and appropriate water when vegetables are half-cooked.

Cover and cook for ten minutes until potatoes are soft.

Remove heat and add, break the curry pieces into the pan and stir until completely melted.

Bring to a boil.

The last finished product picture is a pudding made with QQ sugar, which is very delicious.
