Italian style rice with mushroom and cheese

Italian style mushroom cheese grilled rice, full of milk aroma and mellow taste. LG said that the taste and method of this rice have something in common with Spanish seafood risotto. It seems that the cooking of Western rice is also quite unique.

Steps for Italian style rice with mushroom and cheese

All ingredients (except pepperoni) are diced. The rice should not be too wet or soft, so it is better to use overnight rice. Since I didn't buy Italian rice, I used Thai rice instead.

Add a small amount of butter over high heat, first add onions and diced radish, stir fry until fragrant. Then add diced mushrooms and square leg slices, stir fry.

Add the cold rice and stir fry with the above ingredients.

Over medium to medium heat, add a lot of milk, stir fry, and then add milk twice more. Milk evaporates quickly, so add it a few times. Add a small amount of red wine and butter during this period (depending on your preference).

Lower heat, add salt, and turn a few times. Turn off the heat, add a small amount of black pepper, and mix well.

Remove the ingredients from the pan and pour into a baking dish. The rice should be slightly wet. If it is too dry, pour a small amount of milk on the surface.

British medium strength cheese (all types of cheese can be used, depending on personal taste, mozzarella is better) ground into shredded silk.

Lay it on the rice cake.

Cover cheese with salami.

Put in the (electric) oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
