Rice with cabbage and sausage

I am from Chaoshan. I eat Lei tea at home every day at noon. Sometimes I have fried rice and Lei tea, sometimes I have white rice + vegetables + Lei tea. I can't beat the thunder. If I don't eat Lei tea for a day, I feel thirsty and uncomfortable all day long.

Steps for Rice with cabbage and sausage

Pick up the onions, wash them and cut them off (place the white onion leaves separately).
