Remove tremella in cold water for 10 minutes.2
Add some water to the eggs while stirring with salt to make them tender.3
Add appropriate oil, heat the oil and add eggs, stir-fry for one minute, add tremella, stir-fry for two minutes, and add a bowl of water.4
After cooking over high heat for two minutes, add chili powder, vinegar, and salt.5
