banana pudding

banana pudding
An old American lady taught me to make this. It is very simple and convenient, and it tastes super good ~~
I didn't take a process chart when I did it, but I attached all the packaging pictures of the raw materials, so the steps should be very clear too ~

  • banana pudding Make Tips

    1. Mix concentrated milk and ordinary milk 1:1, otherwise the pudding paste will be too thin. There are also reference practices on pudding powder, but personally I feel that it is not as good as the old lady's method ~2. This wafer is not the same as the long, crisp wafer. See the packaging: ) 3. The second layer of pudding paste must completely cover the banana slices, otherwise it will be easy to oxidize. 4. Although it can be eaten after refrigerated for 1 hour, it will taste better if you leave it for a long time ~
