Orleans Cumin Roast Wings

Orleans Cumin Roast Wings
I originally planned to make orleans roasted wings, but because the soaking time was short, only more than 2 hours, the taste was not good, so I decided to change it to cumin flavor. The result was really better than orleans.

Steps for Orleans Cumin Roast Wings

  • 1
Wash the chicken wings and make two oblique cuts on the front with a knife.
  • 2
Add water to the orleans marinade, add shredded ginger and shredded green onion, mix well, and finally add chicken wings.
  • 3
Soak for one night or more than 2 hours.
  • 4
Preheat the upper and lower layers of the oven to 200 degrees, and neatly stack the marinated chicken wings on the grill with the knife edge side facing up. The lowest layer is covered with oil on a roasting plate. The middle and upper layers are mainly roasted with heat, and the lower layers can be turned on or off. I still chose to bake at the same time.

After baking for 10 minutes, turn the chicken wings over, bake for another 10 minutes, and then turn the chicken wings over and brush with honey. At this time, the knife edge is facing up, so the honey water can easily enter the chicken wings. After brushing the honey water, sprinkle with cumin noodles and cumin grains, and continue to roast for about another 3 minutes.
  • Orleans Cumin Roast Wings Make Tips

    1. When marinating chicken wings, it is best to wash down the side with the knife edge and soak them fully to better taste. Seal the basin of marinating chicken wings with plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator. 2. The temperature is between 190 degrees and 230 degrees. Control it according to the size of your oven and chicken wings. The higher the temperature, the shorter the roasting time, but it is easier to paste.
