Steps for Green pepper slices

Wash the green pepper and remove the stalks.

Change the green pepper and slice it with a knife.

After cutting it all, plate it for later use.

Slice pork.

Add a little salt and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add water to the starch and gently grasp the sizing.

Chop the onions and ginger for later use.

Remove the pan, heat the oil, saute the chives and ginger, add in the stewed meat slices, stir fry well.

When the meat slices turn white, cook soy sauce.

After stirring well, add green peppers and stir-fry until they are tender.

Season with salt and MSG. Stir fry evenly.

Pour in water and starch to thicken. After the sauce is gelatinized, remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
