Steps for Golden Mantou

Cut 4 steamed buns into thin slices.

Pour them into different small pots, and add appropriate amount of salt and sugar (because my family likes sweet and salty, we made two different flavors respectively).

Add salt and beat the eggs.

Beat the sweetened eggs.

Heat the oil in the pan, put the steamed buns into the sugar egg liquid, and stick the egg liquid on both sides.

Put in a pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
