ribs
By WaltonLesch
Actually, it's very simple. I just put them together and cook them together. I think next time I can stew them directly without frying the pork ribs. The meat will become a little hard after frying.

Steps for ribs

1
I use frozen pork ribs from the refrigerator, so I put them in a container and melted them first.
2
Wash the ingredients.
3
Cut them all into small pieces and put the potatoes on blisters, otherwise they will change color.
4
After soaking the ribs, blanch them with water to remove the blood powder, blanch them well, remove them and dry them.
5
Slice the ginger, pat the garlic with a knife, cut the green onions into sections, and prepare several sauces.
6
Heat the pan and put the ginger slices, pour in the pork ribs and stir fry. After frying for a few times, add soy sauce to color, a spoonful of white sugar, appropriate amount of cooking wine, a piece of fragrant leaves, onions, garlic, and a little salt. Add water over the heat of the pork ribs and bring to the boil. Turn to low heat.
7
Make up for it. Transfer to the casserole and cook for about 45 minutes.
8
The ribs are stewed with almost the ingredients, including mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, and green peppers when the heat is about to be turned off.
9
When it's ready, start eating. Personally, I think we can omit the fried pork ribs and directly blanch them into a casserole and put them in the seasoning stew, so that the meat will taste better.
