Wuxi Sauce Ribs
Wuxi sauce pork ribs are also my private dish. My daughter likes this dish very much and will order it carefully every once in a while. Watching her taste with relish, I am also very happy as a mother!

Steps for Wuxi Sauce Ribs

Add water to the pot, put 2 slices of ginger, add 1 spoonful of cooking wine, blanch the small ribs after the water boils, remove the blood foam, take out and wash for later use.

Mix sauce: ketchup, soy sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, stir well.

Heat the oil pan, add the star anise and fry until fragrant.

Add the green onion and ginger slices.

Add the ribs and stir-fry until golden brown on both sides.

Add boiling water and bury the ribs.

Pour in the juice.

Simmer over high heat until the water boils, then reduce the heat to simmer for 35 minutes. Turn the middle a few times to avoid sticking to the bottom.
