Roasted eggplant with tomatoes
Ingredients: tomatoes,long eggplant,soy sauce,green onion,ginger,sugar,oyster sauce

    Wash the eggplant and cut it into strips. Wash the tomatoes, peel them, and cut them into fine pieces.
