Steps for Pan-fried horsehead fish

The head fish is cut in half and marinated with coarse salt.

Put a little oil in the pan and heat it up, add the horsehead fish in and fry until one side is browned.

Then turn it over and fry it until browned.

Turn the horse-head fish over the meat side, put a little cumin, and continue frying.

Turn it over and sprinkle chopped green onion and coriander into it and serve.
