Steps for Family Lazy Roast Prawns

Thaw deep-sea prawns and wash them. The shrimp I use is bigger.

Heat the oil, saute chives and ginger, add water, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, a little cooking wine, a quarter teaspoon of salt, and appropriate amount of sugar. Bring to a boil, then add the prawns.

After the shrimp is red, turn it once, and then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Collect the juice over high heat and serve on a plate.
