Steps for Steamed eggplant with seaweed

Wash the eggplant, cut it into 1.5CM long sections, and place it into the plate.

Soak the seaweed in water until soft.

Put the prepared seaweed on the eggplant section, then add the garlic on the seaweed, put it in a steamer and steam. Pour the stock into the pan and bring to a boil. Add salt, sugar, chicken essence, soy sauce, sesame oil, and water starch to thicken.
