Steps for Soft fried fresh mushrooms

Wash the fresh mushrooms and remove the stalks.

Tear the washed mushrooms into strips.

Boil boiling water in the pan, add shredded mushroom strips, and blanch the mushroom strips until done.

Squeeze the blanched mushroom strips dry, add eggs, salt, five-spice powder, and starch.

Add the flour again and stir well.

Put peanut oil in a pan and cook until it is about 70% hot. Add in the mushroom-cooked strips and fry.
