To make this cake, use an egg, 20 grams of low flour, 15 grams of sugar, and 5 ml of salad oil. These are enough. Today, I made it from the egg batter left over from making the cake. I steamed it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Seeing its soft appearance, I couldn't bear to eat it.

Steps for sponge cake

Whisk eggs with sugar quickly with an egg beater for 5 minutes. Add the sifted low flour and stir well. Pour in the salad oil and mix well. I used the egg batter left over from making a square cake.

Pour into the paper mold.

Put it in the microwave, turn it over high heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds to medium heat for 30 seconds.

Take it out and dry it for a while.

Just remove the mold.

Allow to cool, cut open, and plate.
