seaweed soup

There are many ways to eat seaweed. Recently, I tried making [seaweed soup]. It feels good and worth a try!

- Horned melon 200g
- tomatoes one
- onion appropriate amount
- Jiang appropriate amount
Steps for seaweed soup

500g of seaweed, 200g of horned melons, 100g of soybean paste, 1 tomato, and appropriate amount of onion and ginger.

Cut the kelp into strips, about 1cm wide.

Slice the horned melons.

Cut the tomatoes into crescent pieces.

Raise the pan to heat the oil and saute the chives and ginger.

Add in seaweed strips and stir-fry well.

Add farmhouse sauce and stir fry well.

Then put it into a soup pot, add water, and cook over medium to medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Add the corn melons and cook for about 5 minutes, then add the tomatoes and bring to a boil.

Pour into a soup bowl and serve.
