Dice sausage and carrot.2
Beat the eggs, heat the oil, put the eggs into the pan and stir-fry them until done, cut them into small pieces, and serve for later use.3
Put the oil in the pan after frying the eggs. After heating it, add the sausage slices and stir-fry for a while, and add the carrot slices to stir-fry together.4
Add some water and salt, put the cold rice into the pan when the radishes are almost ripe, and continue to stir fry to break the pieces of rice balls.5
Then put the chopped green onion in, add pepper, salt, and soy sauce (I only put a little bit). Continue to stir fry a few times, mix well, and serve on a plate.
