potato skins
By MattieSporer
Potatoes are my favorite vegetable, whether fried or boiled. Especially fried potato skins, which can be used as an appetizer and a good snack. Potato skins are not only rich in taste, but also have high nutritional value. Usually after the potatoes are peeled, the potato skins are thrown away. Back in the early 1980s, many restaurants served baked potatoes, and the ensuing problem was that many of the remaining baked potatoes had to be thrown away the next day. So someone came up with the idea of frying potato skins. Potato skins can be paired with any fillers you like.

According to personal preference, the more empty the potatoes are, the more crispy they are fried. The potatoes you take out can be made into mashed potatoes, or put back after the skins are cooked. Thin cheese strips melt faster and taste better than cheese slices. You can also add crispy bacon to the potato skins. Most restaurants add sour cream to their potato skins.
