Purple potato sesame cake
By JohanKoelpin
Speaking of purple sweet potatoes, everyone knows that they are very nutritious, and glutinous rice is my husband and my favorite. After learning everyone's purple sweet potato series, I made this purple sweet potato sesame cake myself. It was the first time I made it, but it was very successful!

Steps for Purple potato sesame cake

1
Steam the purple potatoes in a steamer.
2
Peel the steamed purple potatoes and mash them into a mud.
3
Mix the glutinous rice flour and raw flour, use hot water to mix the dough, and be sure to add water slowly until the dough is a little scattered.
4
Add two tablespoons of purple potato mashed to the mixed dough and knead the dough until the surface is smooth, so that the lavender dough is ready.
5
Knead the dough into long strips.
6
Cut the long dough into small pieces.
7
Knead the small pieces of dough into a round shape.
8
Put the purple potato mashed on the round cake, wrap it, and knead it into a round shape.
9
Put the prepared cookies into a small box containing sesame seeds and cover them with sesame seeds. Be sure to press the sesame seeds with your hand, otherwise the sesame seeds will fall off.
10
Coat the pan with oil, heat the oil, and place the prepared purple potato sesame cake in the pan.
11
Fry the purple potato sesame cake over low heat until golden on both sides (just see some bulging in the middle of the cake).
