First make glutinous rice filling. Pour water, fine sugar, and lard together into the pan. Bring to a boil over high heat until it boils, then turn to low heat. Immediately pour in all the glutinous rice flour and stir quickly until the glutinous rice flour and water are completely mixed to form a sticky filling. Turn off the fire. Add cooked black sesame seeds and stir well. Lay the fried filling on a plate, place it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 1 hour, until the filling does not stick to your hands. Roll out the wrapped dough with a rolling pin to grow into an oval shape. After rolling it out, roll it up from top to bottom.
