Today, this cake is made with self-made yogurt. I haven't drunk the prepared yogurt for several days, and I feel so sour that I can't drink it anymore. I can only use it as a starter, so try making yogurt cakes.

Steps for yogurt cake

150 ml of yogurt.

Add 4 egg yolks with soft white sugar and stir well.

Add yogurt and salad oil and mix well. Sift the low-gluten flour into the egg yolk paste.

Turn up and down and mix evenly.

Add salt and sugar to the egg white and stir quickly until neutral foam.

Pour one-third of the egg white into the egg yolk paste and stir well.

Pour into the remaining two-thirds of the egg white.

Pour it into the eight-inch cake mold and shake it twice to shake out the large bubbles. Wrap in tin foil in a movable bottom mold and place in a baking sheet filled with water.

Place together in the preheated oven.

Bake at 165C° for 8 minutes, turn to 150C° for another 50 minutes.

Take it out and put it upside down on the steel frame, let it cool and remove the mold.
