Jinhua meatballs

Meatballs are what I like to eat when I was a child. My mother made them bigger. They can be sliced after they are cold, stir-fried with peppers, minced garlic, and garlic leaves. However, it tastes good when steamed while hot.

Steps for Jinhua meatballs

Cut the radish into diced pieces, cook with boiling water, drain and cool.2
Cut the meat into dices, add a little soy sauce, and marinate for a while.

Mix the first two ingredients together, add in your favorite seasoning, control the saltiness well, and add a little starch.

After mixing, place them on a steamer with lotus leaves laid out and steam them. Just round them one by one.
